The Carleton Place Canoe Club is hosting our Annual Meeting of Members on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00PM. All members are encouraged to attend and get involved!

The meeting will be held in-person at the CPCC, with the option to join virtually if you are unable to attend in-person. All relevant documents and links are located below. 

 

As a not-for-profit organization, the Carleton Place Canoe Club is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Each year at the CPCC Annual Meeting of Members, board positions are voted on by the membership. Nominations for open positions are taken from the the floor and motioned forward for voting, with a simple majority carrying each vote.

 

The Board of Directors consists of the following positions:

• Commodore

• Vice Commodore

• Rear Commodore

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Director (s)

• Past Commodore

 

Those interested in putting their names forward for any of the above positions should do so at the Annual Meeting on December 3rd, 2025.
